December 2011: Ending the Year with Light & Learning

We have just two events scheduled for the final month of 2011.  Both are going to fill participants with questions, energy, and a sense of wonder.  Registration required:  please call Carole at 416-928-2394 or email us here.

On Thursday, December 8, 2011, friends of NLP Canada Training are invited to join us for an evening of Transformational Storytelling. Linda will share stories and lead debriefs of her stories and those contributed by other participants.  We'll talk a little about metaphor and priming and how stories change lives: mostly we will let the stories that want to be told warm us and teach us and show us new opportunities for hope and happiness.  Also, we will eat chocolate and lovely home-baked cookies.  There is no charge for this evening, but we are hoping that participants will bring donations of baby food, diapers, wipes, and formula for the local food bank. This program runs from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm at 47 Queen's Park Cres. E.

On Sunday, December 11, 2011, Mike Verhey and Linda Ferguson will lead a new one day course for people who are interested in learning better or in leading people to learn better. Natural Learning Patterns will use NLP practices to explore the states and techniques that allow people to interact effectively with new information or skills. Learn to isolate and identify states that support learning, to work without language to notice the impact of framing and to set up effective frames, and to use anchors to create learning states and tie them t the situations where they will be most helpful. In honour of the holiday season, this one day course will also run by donation of baby food, formula and diapers. This program runs from 10:00am to 5:00pm at 47 Queen's Park Cres. E.

After December 11, NLP Canada Training will take a quiet month to celebrate the holidays, reflect on a year of deep change, and prepare wonders for 2012.
