How would your life change if it were easier for you to motivate the people around you? Think about it for a moment. Imagine yourself at home, out socializing or at work. Imagine all the different people you connect with in a day. Now focus on a moment when you really want to motivate someone to do something specific, a moment when it's important for you that someone else take that next, vital step. What would change if you knew what to say or how to say it so that your message would hit home?
Whether you are living with a partner, a parent or a child, whether you work as a manager or a trainer or a coach, whether you love to relax with friends or you simply value good service, there are times when your ability to motivate others determines the quality of your own experience.
This course is for you.
In just one day, Barb Luedecke will teach you a system that makes it easier to identify the motivations driving people's behaviours. You will learn so well that on Monday morning you will begin to see behaviour differently. As you understand and work with motivation, you will be more curious and less frustrated. You'll find the leverage points where you can connect and motivate. You might even find that you learn something about yourself that makes it easier to get started or to get finished.
If you're familiar with the Enneagram, this course will intrigue and delight with its emphasis on putting the Enneagram to work in your personal and business relationships. If you've explored many theories of motivation, you will be delighted by this course's fluid movement from theory to application. If you're tired of trying to motivate the people around you, you will be energized.
How will your life change when it is easier for you to motivate the people around you?

The more you understand about your own personality and that of other people, the better able you are to realise how others perceive you, and how they react to your own personality and style. “ www.businessball.com

• more efficiently and effectively communicate, motivate and/or interact with them to
• better accomplish the ends and purposes of these interactions, while at the same time
• reduce opportunities and instances of mis-communication and conflict?
If any of the above resonates with you, grabs your attention and interest, or shows you a clearer picture of how you may enhance your way of operating in the world, you may wish to explore our NLPCT course on the Enneagram system of personality.

Barb Luedecke, Ph.D. brings superb credentials to this weekend of developing familiarity with the Enneagram and its applications in coaching, self-management, and influence.
In this 17 hour course, you will be introduced to the nine Enneagram types and begin an exploration of to use the Enneagram to develop a faster, more accurate read of what motivates clients and what will motivate them to change.
"Ennea" is Greek for "nine." There are 9 types of basic personality or ways of looking at the world in the Enneagram system. These 9 types are presented graphically (the "gram.") The Enneagram system is used to enhance understanding and respect for one's self and others. Barb will walk you through her extensive experience in applying the Enneagram to get great results for her coaching and consulting clients.
As you become familiar with the 9 Enneagram types, you will identify patterns and use them to develop fast, deep rapport. You will then be able to test your hypotheses about what works for an individual client to move more effectively to identify and support desired changes.
You will also be able to use the Enneagram to identify and communicate both strengths and areas for development.
