Hours: All units run from 9am to 6pm daily.

The training includes:

• practices for thinking and acting to get the results you want - and like them when you have them!

• an introduction to the way human minds create patterns through neurology, language and physiology

• new approaches to defining what you want with precision & power

• practices to help your clients step into their best judgment and make good decisions

• new ways to step into someone else’s shoes & follow models of achievement

• heightened awareness of how language impacts and changes experience

• storytelling, laughter, questions and excitement

Grounded in a variety of disciplines, NLP training is a rare opportunity to explore issues of importance without sharing personal information. Course leaders guide you through a set of processes designed to give you more awareness of your strengths and integrity and more choice about how you will use them.

Focus on Strengths

• Know what you want to do and what you want to be

• Step into states that get results

• Transform experience into strength

• Apply strengths to meet challenges

• Create ongoing success

Learn to make better choices about what you do and what state you are in while you do it. This is more than setting goals effectively: it’s setting goals that will make you happy you achieved them. Learn to be at your best more of the time.

Using NLP techniques, you will learn to change the processes by which you perceive yourself without sharing details of your personal history. You will develop a range of tools that are effective, non-intrusive and energizing.

Each of the exercises and practices will be approached twice: learn how to focus on what you want and then learn how to use the same technique to help clients overcome doubts or obstacles, let go of previous experience, and move confidently toward their goals with you.

Focus on Learning & Influence

• Know what you want from connections

• Understand the layers of nonverbal communication

• Make distinctions between your experience & the big picture

• Read other people more accurately

• Build a model of shared success

Understand how language, physiology, neurology and behaviour produce the social connections that allow us to thrive in working with other people.

Begin with simple matching and mirroring and move far beyond reading body language to connect with the experience of your colleagues and clients. Learn more, faster, from models of achievement. Connect more effectively with the experience of your clients. Notice what they need to make good decisions and move forward.

Reading people is neither a talent nor just good luck: it is a skill that you can acquire.

You will learn how to gain more information than you thought possible about someone else’s experience.

Focus on Effective Language

• Build agreement through language patterns

• Create experience through sensory language

• Use metaphors to drive change

• Ask the right questions for precision & persuasion

• Use language that drives results

The whole of a message is conveyed by our choice of words working in combination with the physiology of our communication (voice, gestures, or appearance on screen or page).

Become aware of how language works most effectively. Learn to combine sensory information with abstract content to increase understanding and create messages that “stick.”

You’ll learn to express agreement through patterns as well as content, to ask questions to get to the information you need and to ask questions that allow others to reach the right conclusions.

Choose words that make it easier to get the results you want.
