Master Practitioner Training in NLP

NLP Canada Training Inc. is delighted to announce the next step in the evolution of our MNLP Canada Training Inc. is delighted to announce the next step in the evolution of our Masters level training in NLP.  Beginning August 2008, we will be offering two Master's Level certifications: one course will focus on Modeling and Influence with Individuals and the other will focus on Modeling and Influence with Groups.  Each course will be three days of Masters training combined with participation in an NLP practitioner training.

In August, we will launch the program with the Modeling and Influence with Individuals.  The course runs two days before and two days after the NLP Practitioner Intensive (August 8 to 17 inclusive).  The cost for this program is $1500 + GST.

Beginning in the winter of 2010, we will also offer the Masters Certification in working with groups.  That program will also cost $1500 + GST.  Courses will include two days of training prior to an NLP Practitioner Certification training and one day of training following the practitioner training.

Admission to this program requires certification as an NLP Practitioner and acceptance by the instructors. NLP Practitioners certified by other institutes will normally be required to pay an additional fee of $900 and will be encouraged to refresh their training prior to beginning the Masters program.

Mastery in NLP is more than the ability to replicate - or even formulate - patterns and exercises.  It requires the ability to recognize the basic components of individual experience and to transform or generate alternatives.  The three days of training will include:

* Structure: the ability to recognize, replicate and transform the structures of experience. Understand how your clients are organizing and framing experience.
* Strategy: the ability to form goals, to be conscious of information necessary to meeting those goals, and to form a pattern of behaviour that will achieve those goals
* Story: the ability to become accountable for one's results by giving an "account" in words and analysis of  one's structures, strategies and relationships

Each of the Masters courses will apply these three groups of abilities to either modeling individual achievement or modeling group behaviour and results. Through modeling, we will identify leverage points for change and influence.

Both Masters courses will make require that participants read at least one current book on neuroscience, positive psychology or the psychology of choice and will recommend that participants read Turtles All the Way Down (Grinder & DeLozier) and My Voice Will Go with You: The Teaching Tales of Milton Erickson.
