Adapting to Change: An Introduction to NLP

It's wonderful to think about setting and achieving goals. However, not all the change in our lives is change that we make ourselves. Many people begin to explore NLP because something has changed (or is about to change) without their control or consent. People come in and out of our lives, jobs begin and end, communities and families change. If you have ever wondered if there are safe, practical ways to keep it together and decide how to adapt through transitions, then come to this event. You'll hear the concepts, see the demonstrations and experience new ways to keep your balance when  your world shifts around you.

NLP for Leadership

While the rest of the world chases performance rubrics, high performers know that the results they get depend on just one measure: how well have they matched their states to the requirements of their situations. State based performance explores the way your physical, emotional and mental state of being influences the results you are able to achieve. In this short program, we'll explore practical ways leaders can monitor and influence their own states so that they bring their best selves to every challenge.

Problem Solving with NLP

NLP is a solution-focused model that helps people get results. Yet many people come to NLP because they are experiencing a problem they would like help in solving.  In this evening program, we'll demonstrate how modelling a problem will uncover not only a solution: it will retrieve the desired future that is being blocked. If you're stuck on a problem in your life, your thinking or your work, this evening will give you new tools and perspectives for getting unstuck, feeling better, and moving toward something you want.

What's the missing piece that would allow fully engaged, passionate people to relax and sleep? This evening session will explore what it is that keeps us awake at night and how understanding ourselves better will lead us to defend our right to rest so that we can be more creative, more effective, and easier in our own skins.
