Andrew Freund brings a wealth of academic, career and life experience to NLPCT, including experience that ranges from Bay Street and the public sector to the world of fine arts. He possesses a natural curiosity and creativity that complement his practical skills, and a drive to succeed that makes him an ideal placement consultant at Cronos Consulting.
A wide variety of interests and talents complete Andrew's resume. He has earned a BA in English, a BFA in Drama, and an MBA in Knowledge and Learning Management. Andrew is an accomplished theatrical director who has worked across Canada (at the Shaw and Stratford festivals, among others). Whether you are working within a company, community or family, achieving your goals means building your credibility, likability, and visibility. You can think of this as building a lighthouse that shows the clear path to your success.
In this one day course, Ron Vereggen will pick up at the point where you are clear about your goals and resources. Working with Ron, you will construct your own customized lighthouse: your ability to be influential within a group so that you can move toward your goals. You will identify the strengths and experience that give you credibility (a foundation), the relationship skills that support your vision (the lighthouse itself), and the light that will make you visible, show others the path to success and make your own outcomes achievable. In short, you will use the core skills of NLP (congruence, connection and communication) to support your leadership in any group you choose.
