Oct 4

Many people wonder how NLP would help them perform better, build better relationships or feel more satisfied at work. This introduction will apply NLP to the idea of work and leave you with at least 3 things to do differently so that you get more out of the work you do.

EH Intro: Effective Focus

Nov 1

Have you ever wished you could settle your thoughts and focus on just one thing? Did you know that most people are actually less happy while they are daydreaming? This introduction to Ericksonian hypnosis will teach you a simple method for gathering your thoughts and calming your mind so you can feel better and do better.

Intro: Better Connections

Feb 7

Everyone is so busy; we interact with lots of different people every day but how many of those interactions stick?  What do you remember about the people you met with yesterday? The people we notice are the people who are most likely to influence our thoughts and behaviours.  Practice three ways to make a quick connection so that they people you meet will remember you.

Intro: Rapport and Results

Apr 10

Everyone knows when they are in rapport. They feel that sense of genuine presence and connection.  Most of us know when rapport is a struggle and we just don't feel good around someone. How much do you know about how to manage the rapport you experience?  Sometimes you want to connect and sometimes you want to break free gracefully.  NLP shows us simple, direct techniques for noticing rapport and shifting it so that we like the results.

Intro: Relaxed and Ready

May 10

What do all tasks that require thinking have in common? Whether you are developing a cure for cancer, managing a key board meeting or planning an arts festival or competing in Olympic snowboarding, you will do it better if you are relaxed and ready.  This fun evening will show you simple techniques for identifying how you feel when you are relaxed and ready, and how to enjoy that state more often.

Intro: NLP at Home

June 5

The people we most want in our lives are often the ones that it is hardest to influence. Whether we think about partners, parents, or kids, we wonder how we could make our relationships more satisfying and our lifestyles more manageable.  Can NLP help? Of course.  You'll leave this evening with three techniques that will allow you to enjoy the people you love even more.
