NLP Canada Training Inc. offers certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (practitioner and master practitioner levels), Ericksonian Hypnosis (practitioner and master practitioner levels), and Coaching Applications of the Enneagram. NLP certifications run about five times per year; Ericksonian and Enneagram certifications usually run twice a year.
NLP, Hypnosis & The Enneagram
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP Practitioner Certification training includes three units over approximately 60 training hours (54 in-classroom hours).The first unit of the NLP Practitioner Certification develops skills in self-management and whole-brain thinking. In the second unit, you will develop new skills and increased acuity in understanding how other people are perceiving situations and achieving results. You will also learn to tailor communication to more effectively meet the perceptual preferences of the person/group you wish to influence.The third unit focuses on making language work more effectively for you. You will learn to express agreement through patterns as well as content, to ask questions to get to the information you need and to ask questions that allow others to reach the right conclusions.
NLP Master Practitioner Certification
Mastery in NLP is more than the ability to replicate - or even formulate - patterns and exercises. It requires the ability to recognize the basic components of individual experience and to transform or generate alternatives. The NLP Master Practitioner - Modeling and Influence with Individuals programme includes at least one private session with an instructor, at least two days of group training and at least six days of joint training with NLP practitioner candidates. The programme develops skills at patterning the patterns. It builds the ability to work flexibly at higher levels of organization

Coaching with the Enneagram
In this 17 hour course, you will be introduced to the nine Enneagram types and begin an exploration of to use the Enneagram to develop a faster, more accurate read of what motivates clients and what will motivate them to change. As you become familiar with the 9 Enneagram types, you will identify patterns and use them to develop fast, deep rapport. You will then be able to test your hypotheses about what works for an individual client to move more effectively to identify and support desired changes.You will also be able to use the Enneagram to identify and communicate both strengths and areas for development.
