Trainers

Linda Ferguson, Ph.D. is Senior Partner and leads all trainings. She is joined by co-trainers who are Trainers or Training Practitioners (Master Practitioners in the process of being certified as Trainers). Master Practitioners may also assist with training.

Linda has been Senior Partner at NLP Canada Training since 2003. She received her training in NLP from Chris Keeler, who was trained by Derek Balmer. Derek brought NLP to Canada having been trained by Richard Bandler and John Grinder while they were still working together. Linda has worked with other trainers including Tom Condon and Dr. Michael Hall.

Fees

Our normal fee for the NLP Practitioner Certification training is $2300.88. It seems like an odd number, but it comes to exactly $2600 with HST.

Many people become certified in NLP without any exposure to the brilliant "new code" developed by John Grinder. We also offer language training informed by our own studies and expertise. If you'd like to update an existing certification by adding our training, the cost for you is $929.20 (with HST it comes to $1050). This is also our price for full-time post-secondary students (proof of registration may be required).

There are huge advantages to taking NLP certification with a friend or family member.  You'll develop the relationship in wonderful ways and you'll always have someone with whom you can talk NLP and practice the techniques. To make it easier, we have special pricing for each of you when you register as a group of two or more people.  If you are paying for both registrations together (only one payment plan or one full payment), then the total cost for 2 people is $2654.87 (which comes to $3000 with HST).   If you and a friend will each be paying separately, there is a slightly higher charge to cover our administrative costs. The praise is $1438.05 each (which comes to $1625 when we add HST).

All fees may be paid in full at the time of registration. You may also arrange a customized payment plan. Most people using a payment plan pay a deposit and monthly payments of $200 by pre-authorized credit card. There are no additional fees or charges: we simply divide your total fees (including HST) into smaller payments that are easier to manage.

When your course has been paid in full, you become eligible for a tuition tax certificate.  This allows you to claim a deduction for the course fees when you file your income tax.

What do your fees include?

Your fee includes all course costs. We don't believe in adding extra charges for certification. When the course begins, you'll receive a course manual that covers everything taught in the course in detail.

We also include a generous offering of snacks: expect there to be granola bars, home baking, fruit and good chocolate. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know. We work around allergies and often provide gluten-free snacks. We also provide tap water with lemon slices (more environmentally sound and just as safe as bottled); a wide assortment of teas (with and without caffeine) and good, strong coffee.
