47 Queen's Park Cres. E., Toronto, ON, M5S 2C3

Saturday January 19, 9:30am to 4:30pm and

Sunday, January 20, 9:30am to 1:00pm

Are you a teacher, coach, manager or leader who is frequently confronted with people who resist the changes they need to make progress? In this two day course, you will explore your own experience, learn from the experience of other leaders, and be trained in a practical, effective process for working around resistance to get better results with fewer headaches.

The course is designed to further masters for practitioners and master practitioners of NLP but will also meet the needs of those who are new to NLP but not new to dealing with resistance.  If you are in a leadership or coaching role and want more flexibility  in dealing with resistance, this two day course taught by Dr. Linda Ferguson and Mike Murray, Training Practitioner of NLP, will give you new insight, support, creativity and discipline in keeping your focus on your goals when you meet resistance.

You will learn:

• 7 steps for moving from resistance to progress

• how to monitor and support your own leadership state when you encounter resistance

• how to use verbal, non-verbal and language processes to interrupt, isolate and stabilize resistance

• how  to build rapport while widening the frame to integrate resistance into shared outcomes

* how to elicit and stabilize strengths, experiences and perspectives that meet the fear driving the resistance (or allow someone to endure the pain associated with the gain)

Fees: $225 (includes HST) or $125 for NLP Practitioners and Masters trained at NLP Canada Training
