Building Models that Work
If you've landed here, it is because you are curious about what we train that will allow you to deepen your coaching relationships and be more confident that your "instincts" reflect solid, replicable techniques.
You will love NLP the way we teach it at NLP Canada Training. We teach a unique set of practices that will allow you:
1) to become aware of the unconscious competence that is guiding your coaching conversations
2) to notice, isolate and identify the subtle information that signals a leverage point for effective change
3) to rediscover and heighten your love of the coaching process.
If you are new to NLP, we suggest that you begin by attending one of our monthly evening events. These are always shaped to provide information and techniques you can use immediately. Our certification in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) is our foundation and you may find it becomes the foundation of your coaching practices. When you take it, you will discover what you need to consistently replicate your best results. You will also become more highly attuned to your own state, more able to change your state and to influence change in others, more flexible in the ways you build agreement and rapport, and more effective in the way you use language patterns, questions and stories.
After completing a certification in NLP, you may wish to consider a Master Practitioner Certification in Learning and Influence with Individuals. This builds on the techniques and insights of the NLP so that you understand and influence wider patterns of motivation and behaviour.
Another natural step would be our two-day course in The Enneagram and NLP. The Enneagram is an ideal complement to training in NLP: it allows you to use your sensory acuity, calibration and language skills to identify broader patterns and strategies in the way your clients interact with parts of themselves, their relationships, and their environments.
At some point, you might wish to enrich your relationship with unconscious processes. The certification in Ericksonian Hypnosis develops your own focus and resourcefulness and will show you ways of deepening your clients' experience of themselves as capable and creative. It is immensely useful whether or not you plan to take your clients into the deeper levels of trance.
